How our pricing works

The goal is simple: match the plan to the amount of work your books actually require. A low-volume service business usually needs a different process than an e-commerce store with processor payouts, refunds, fees, and multiple accounts.

Each plan includes monthly categorization, account reconciliation, and financial reports. Add-ons are used only when the scope needs them, such as cleanup, QuickBooks setup, payroll support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or multi-channel sales tracking.

What does monthly bookkeeping pricing include?
Monthly pricing is based mainly on transaction volume, number of bank and credit card accounts, reconciliation needs, reporting level, and whether your workflow includes AP/AR, payroll, e-commerce, or cleanup work.
Can I start if my books are behind?
Yes. Catch-up or cleanup work is quoted separately after a quick review of the months behind, transaction volume, account count, and available records.
Do you work only in Los Angeles?
Sunstone Ledger is based in Los Angeles and serves California businesses locally, but bookkeeping work can also be handled remotely for U.S. businesses.
Is QuickBooks Online required?
QuickBooks Online is preferred for ongoing monthly work. If your business currently uses QuickBooks Desktop or another system, we can review the workflow before recommending the best path.
Are tax returns included in these plans?
No. The monthly plans focus on bookkeeping, reconciliation, reports, and year-end readiness. Tax filing is separate and should be confirmed before starting.
